We are a unique used and rare old fashioned book store which is part consignment shop and part traditional used and antiquarian book shop. Browse through the bookcases of each of our 20 consignors to see their offerings and sometimes surprises. Then look through the three levels of "by subject" areas for that particular used book on Majolica, baseball or the Civil War. One of our specialties is New England History and Genealogy. Peruse our state-by-state New England section for that rare town history you've been seeking for years! Our Children's, Cooking and Art sections are extensive and restocked often as are Photography and Religion. And  we have large  Poetry and Fiction sections with contemporary to early titles. And don't forget the MYSTERIES. We recently bought more than 1,000 recent to rare mystery and detective titles in softcover and hardcover!  Come by soon and discover all the other subjects we stock.
    In addition to books we have prints, framed works, old maps and thousands of old postcards sorted by state, country, topic and holidays. New arrivals arrive weekly.
